• Missing Data Action in Data Action statistics and Analysis Performance Tool. - Some Data Actions are not visible in the Standard Data Action Statistics and Analysis Tool.
• Clicking ‘Show Inactive Values’ reveals more Data Actions but still not all.

SAP Analytics Cloud

1. Log on to the SAC tenant.
2. Navigate to System > Performance > Data Action Statistics and Analysis Tool.
3. Not all Data actions are visible.

Some data actions are executed not as stand-alone data actions but as integrated Embedded data action steps of the outer data action. This means that the steps of the data actions referenced by the embedded data action steps are integrated as steps of top level and will therefore also be reported in the context of the top data action in the job monitor and derived statistics data. 

This behavior is as expected.

Results will only be reported for the specific data action if this data action is either executed directly (via a trigger, calendar task etc.) or as part of a multi action.
