Symptom

When trying to access the following SSCUI authorization errors are raised:

106166 "Assign Withholding Tax Keys""No authorization to start the UI for the transaction S_EB5_05000350"

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enter CBC.
  2. Access your workspace.
  3. Access Configuration.
  4. Search for SSCUI 105852 and 106166.
  5. Get the "No authorization to start the UI for the transaction S_EB5_05000350" and "No authorization to start the UI for the transaction S_SL0_21000002" errors.

Cause

SSCUI 105852 is specific to Colombia.

SSCUI 106166 is specific to Argentina.

Resolution

For Mexico, use SSCUI 105177 "Assign Withholding Tax Keys to Withholding Tax Codes".
