3622633 - Proxy session is ended when accessing item details page

When launching proxy for users and clicking any items to access the details page, a library access error occurs and the proxy session is ended.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login and go to Learning Administration.
2. Search for user and launch proxy.
3. Click any item in the learning plan.
4. The library access error occurs and note that the proxy session has ended.

Configuration newSessionForEachDeeplinkFromBizX=true under BIZX configuration creates a new session every time a course is clicked.

Go to System Administration>Configuration>System Configuration> BIZX and set newSessionForEachDeeplinkFromBizX to false.
