3622653 - Performance form - section description box collapsed by default

• In the new performance form the description area when you open the form is collapsed always, is there a way to have it remain expanded?
• Or we can control the same in PM XML?

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Open the performance form
2. Check for section descriptions which is collapsed by default
3. We will have "Show more"/"Show less"  option to expand or collapse manually

Currently section description shows collapsed always when opening the form and there is no option to make it expanded by default.

Influence idea is already present for this topic which is already in the acknowledgement stage. This means it has received enough votes for our Product Development team to evaluate its feasibility for future releases.
