3622742 - Custom MDF portlet created in Latest people profile is not visible in old people profile

Symptom

The newly created custom MDF portlet appears only in the new People Profile when configured using the Latest People Profile settings; however, it is not visible in the old People Profile.'m'm

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
SAP Metadata Framework

Reproducing the Issue

1. Login to instance
2. Create a custom MDF object
3. configure custom MDF portlet in Latest People profile page
4. Add all the required permission
5. go to Company System and Logo Settings -> disable "Enable Full Profile for the Latest People Profile"
6. Navigate to employee profile page
7. The newly created custom MDF object is not visible

Cause

This is expected behavior.

Resolution

You need to manually create custom MDF object via Admin Center > Tool Search > Configure People Profile to have the custom object visible in the old people profile
