3622744 - Inline Resume Viewer not Rendering Word Documents Typography Correctly - Recruiting Management

Rendered image in inline resume viewer for resume is not the same as it shows when opened in Microsoft Word. It includes 2 issues:

• The font is not the same.
• Image quality is low. Some parts look blurry.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a candidate using the sample resume to upload.
2. In inline resume viewer, observe the resume format is strange (There are spaces and strange passages that are not expected).
3. Download the resume or upload PDF file to see no format issue.

The root cause of the issue is the missing "Times New Roman" font.

This can be resolved by bundling the necessary Microsoft fonts. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on M2511.
