3622866 - DB Collector job is not enabled for <sid>

Symptom

SAP NetWeaver ABAP DBACOCKPIT 'SQL Server Setup Check' monitor shows following exception message:

DB Collector job is not enabled for <sid>

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
