Symptom

  • The replication of Business Partners from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is configured via SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) using the standard iFlow "Replicate Business Partners".
  • The iFlow "Replicate Business Partners" in CPI runs successfully and displays a green status. Despite the successful status, the corresponding Business Partner does not appear in SAP FSM.
