3622878 - Incorrect revenue value displayed in a Customer Project SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Incorrect Revenue value is displayed in a Customer Project in the Plan Customer Projects app.
• The Planned hours are set. The Revenue value should be a specific figure, instead the system is showing the value incorrectly.
• If the employee is assigned to the Project in the middle of the period, the system is ignoring the period efforts.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Plan Customer Projects.
2. Open a Project Project.
3. Open the Work package and check the planned hours and revenue.

The condition record is not valid on the 1st of December 2024 so it won't be considered and is missing in the total revenue calculation.

1. To enable calculation of planned revenue across the duration of work packages, ensure that relevant condition records are valid on the first day of respective months.
2. For example, if a work package begins on July 5, the planned revenue for efforts in July is calculated only if a valid price exists on July 1. This also applies to the maintenance of resource-specific prices.
