3622887 - Error when deactivating leased asset in App 'Deactivate Leased Assets' - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When running the deactivate leased assets process asset is not deactivated and error shown:
 "Plan items exist for asset &1." - RECEAA030

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter 'Deactivate Leased Assets' App
2. Run deactivation for contract
3. Error RECEAA030 - 'Plan items exist for asset &1' is shown and deactivation cannot be performed

Prerequisites of deactivating lease asset have not been met.

Ensure that the following prerequisites of deactivating leased asset via App 'Deactivate Leased Assets' - RECEASSETDEACT are met:

• The maximum contract end date (including renewal options) must be reached.
• There must not be any open valuation for the asset.
• The useful life of the asset must have expired.
• There must not be any cash flow planned items for the asset.
• If the asset is assigned to the last time slice of the valuation rule, all valuation cash flow records for this valuation rule must have been posted.
