3622940 - Recruiter Sync Job start successfully but does not complete

Symptom

Recruiter Sync job is executed from CSB, it start successfully but does not complete, as consequence the new users are not getting access to CSB.

Environment

SAP SuccesFactors Recruiting Marketing

Resolution

A possible cause could be the job processing a very high number of users.
All users with at least one of the permissions listed below will be processed by this sync job:

  • Recruiter RMK SSO Permission
  • Recruiting Marketing Advanced Analytics Permission
  • Access Advanced Analytics with Details
  • Manage Career Site Builder
  • Job Marketing
  • Recruiting Posting Permission
  • Manage Recruiting Posting
  • Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Permission
  • Manage Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)

As a solution, reduce the number of users with these permissions to allow the job to complete.

However, an enhancement is already in place to improve performance and handle a very high number of entries.
