3622950 - Unable to Generate Import History Report for Same Date Range in Configuration Transport Center

Symptom

You are trying to generate the Import History report in the Configuration Transport Center for the same date. However, the following error is displayed:

  • Unable to create a new report due to technical issues. Please try again later. If the issue still persists, please contact Technical Support.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Configuration Transport Center.

  2. Navigate to Transport Requests.

  3. Go to Import History.

  4. Create a new report with the current date.

  5. See the error

Resolution

  • You can select one day prior to the actual date to generate the report.
  • This issue is reproducible specifically in AMER time zones and has already been reported to the Engineering team.
  • It is working fine in other time zones, such as APJ and EMEA.

Note: The Engineering team is actively working on the patch for this issue. We will update this KBA with the latest progress.
