3622998 - Subaccount handshake timed out after 10000ms - Cloud connector

Symptom

  •  When attempting to establish an SAP connection, the following error message is displayed in the Cloud connector´s logs:

2025-06-16 10:33:53,199 +0100#ERROR#com.sap.scc.rt#https-jsse-nio2-8443-exec-8#          #Tunnel account:///sapsapsap/SAP connect failed
io.netty.handler.ssl.SslHandshakeTimeoutException: handshake timed out after 10000ms
