3623056 - Ask for Feedback – Emojis/Icons Not Displayed Correctly

Symptom

When using the "Ask For Feedback" feature in the Performance module, emojis or icons are not displayed correctly.
Specifically, when a Manager accesses the Performance Form to review the feedback received, some emojis appear as "?" symbols, while others are displayed correctly. This results in inconsistent rendering of emoji characters within the form.
