Not Able to delete an exclusion rule from the Business Configuration Activity: Strategy Price Configuration.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Search Configure Price Strategy and Open it.
4. Click Exclusion Rules hyperlink, the Remove button is disabled for some of the rules.

Once the rule is activated into Active status, it is not possible to delete or remove it. The button of Remove is grayed out.

Removal of a rule is possible when the rule is In Preparation status.

If the exclusion rule is activated and then not needed, set it to Blocked status by clicking Action button then choose Block Rule option.

Note, once the rule is Blocked status, no more action could be done to it, which means the rule can not be reverted back to Active status.
