When typing 'Growth' in the action search, instead of the option 'Go to Growth Portfolio' it shows 'Manage Talent intelligence hub"

Growth portfolio doesn't show up in action search,it shows only in module picker (drop down of home screen) or in Employee profile - spotlight.
Action search will be used to list all admin options. If the user has access to Manage Talent Intelligence Hub then it will appear. Growth Portfolio will be accessible via the homepage or People Profile (Go to Link).
The system is behaving as designed.The 'Go to' reference is not implemented for Growth Portfolio.
