Symptom
When attempting to search for WalkMe guidance within SAP SuccessFactors (with WalkMe enabled and Content Type: SAP SuccessFactors-Managed), the message "No Results Found. Try different search words or clear search" appears.

Reproducing the Issue
- Enable WalkMe from Configure Digital Adoption Platforms > WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform with Content Type: SAP SuccessFactors-Managed.
- Attempt to perform a WalkMe search (ask a question).
- Observe the error message: "No Results Found. Try different search words or clear search".
Resolution
This behavior is expected. WalkMe search returns results based on specific keywords aligned with its use cases (e.g., "Profile", "Org Chart") and the context of the current SuccessFactors screen.
- Keyword Relevance: Searches only yield results if the keywords match supported WalkMe scenarios. Generic searches often produce no results.
- Contextual Scenarios: WalkMe guidance is frequently designed for specific screens. Searches performed outside the relevant context will not display applicable scenarios.
