3623193 - Recovery of multi-node to single-node system failing with error "do not match the worker groups"

You would like to :
- Migrate / Copy a SAP HANA Database /Tenant from multi-node to single-node system (M:1) via Backup and Recovery

The Recovery is failing using a File system backup with following Error:

RECOVER DATA finished with error: 
recovery could not be completed, 
Recovery failed during topology update: Unable to recover service - worker groups of indexserver with volume X do not match the worker groups of any of the existing hosts: worker_dt != xxx-xxx-x-xx: default
