3623282 - Unable to Find "SALES DOCUMENT" from "Assign Document Types for Output (ID: 103541)" and "Define Output Settings for Document Types (ID: 103542)"

Unable to find the "SALES DOCUMENT" option from the configuration activities "Assign Document Types for Output (ID: 103541)" and "Define Output Settings for Document Types (ID: 103542)". As a result, unable to receive the sales confirmation email as configured in the "Email Sender Domain" and "Email Sender Address".

Checkpoint one:

1. Select "Sales Document" in the "Show Rules For" drop-down list in the "Output Parameter Determination" app. 
2. In the "Determination Step" drop-down list, select the five tabs for sales order: "Receiver", "Channel", "Email Settings", "Email Recipient", and "Form template".
3. Check the column "Role" in all these tabs. The roles assigned must match with each other.
4. Ensure the step in the "Email recipient" tab is activated by selecting the entire lines and clicking the "Activate" button in the "Edit" mode.

Checkpoint two:

In the "Maintain Form Templates" app (with business role "SAP_BR_EXTENSIBILITY_SPEC"), ensure that the data source is FDP_V1_ORDER_CONFIRM_SRV for form templates related to sales order confirmation.
