Is it possible for emails to be configured in a plain text format in Onboarding?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The system does not support configuring emails in plain text format for onboarding.
Resolution
It is currently not possible to configure emails in a plain text format in Onboarding.
However, we encourage you to submit an enhancement request to have this functionality considered within future development cycles.
