3623481 - IlxTrainingOverdue email notification is missing organization's level header and footer.

After triggering the IlxTrainingOverdue email notification, notice that it is missing the organization's level header and footer.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. As a manager, click on the setting ‘Send a Reminder’ >
2. Select those users who you want to send a reminder to >
3. Ensure the users are associated to an Organisation which has the footer and header populated for the email >
4. Sent the reminder >
5. Notification is received by user but the footer and header's details are not present.

The Engineering team has confirmed that this feature is working as designed. By design, headers and footers are not currently supported in the manager reminders feature.

This decision was made to ensure that communications from managers to their subordinates are personalized and mimic direct email correspondence.

If you would like to have this functionality to be changed in a future release, you can create an enhancement request as explained in the KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products. All enhancement requests are reviewed by our Product Management team and, if successful, are developed and implemented in a future product release.
