3623499 - Brazil Withholding Taxes - Incorrect values stored in WITH_ITEM-WT_ACCBS field for IRRF scenario

• Wrong values being stored at WITH_ITEM-WT_ACCBS for IRRF scenario.
• It is expected that WITH_ITEM-WT_ACCBS will have the accumulated base amount considered at the document posting, which is fetched from WTAK.
• The value is incorrect at WTAK too, since at WTAK the accumulated base amount should consider the dependency of IRRF from INSS. INSS Withholding Tax should be deducted from the base amount from IRRF and the final base amount from IRRF should be stored at WTAK.
• SAP Note 3379646 is implemented at your system.
