Symptom

System is very slow in SSCUI 100297 when configuring account determination.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SSCUI 100297 - Automatic Account Determination.
  2. Choose one process to add account
  3. System is very slow to respond.

Cause

The reason for slow performance, could be there are too many records to display in Step 2 (Parameters).

Resolution

Limit the number of records displayed by specifying account number in parameter 'Account to Value' to improve performance. In this way with restricted item, the performance should be improved.
