Symptom
- After upgraded to 16.0.4.6, orphaned HADR (CDB) objects are constantly left in the tempdb:

rs_dov_bpay_rig_arch_410_32
rs_dpc_uniqu_no_ptid_410_12

rs_uatm_tran_log_413_16
rs_uatm_tran_log_413_2
rs_udp_acct_aily_bal_410_11 - And there are much more frequent occurrence of 'Parallel apply failed':
41): /................/calm/repl/svr/code/generic/dsi/hqexec.c:3086:Parallel apply failed.
Retry of a grouped transaction of 759 individual transactions has failed in database 'SID_Site2.SID'. It will be broken into smaller groups and retried.
