3623605 - Unable to retrieve entries from sub-categories via GET from the dictionary API

• When attempting to fetch all dictionary items using the API, only items from the parent categories are visible, while items from the sub-categories are missing.

• Set the include parameter to all when fetching/retrieving all entries in the Dictionary.
• This executes a search in all dictionary items, including meta-attribute values and dictionary items from a category and its subcategories.
