The submit button is not displayed for negative timesheets on mobile, only the withdraw button is available.

Cause
This is a missing functionality. Negative timesheet recording is currently not supported on mobile.
Resolution
Enhancement tickets MOB-99101 and MOB-99100 have been created for this functionality, the enhancements are planned for delivery in the 2H 2025 release.
