3623679 - Goal Creation Error on Form: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'textContent')

An error occurs when creating a goal on the form: Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'textContent').

This error seems to happen when a user opens the new form for the first time and attempts to add a goal. The error is specific to the form and does not impact the goal page.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Click the 'Create Goal' button on a performance form.

2. An error occurs : Cannot set properties of undefined (setting 'textContent').

3. Close the error message and try to add the goal again. The error does not occur the second time. 

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with patch  M2507p2 on 15-Jul-2025 for Preview and on 17-Jul-2025 for Production environments. For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.
