3623751 - No Corresponding Entry for Statement_ID in SYS.M_MULTIDIMENSIONAL_STATEMENTS When Referenced from SYS.M_EXPENSIVE_STATEMENTS

When querying SYS.M_EXPENSIVE_STATEMENTS and attempting to find matching STATEMENT_IDs in SYS.M_MULTIDIMENSIONAL_STATEMENTS (MDS view), most statement IDs from the expensive statements view are not present in the multidimensional statements view. As a result, users are unable to see additional details about certain statements, such as MDS runs, using these views.
