3623877 - Missing BTP and SAC during SAC Tenant Onboarding

Symptom

You are unable to view BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) in the desired settings. Specifically, BTP and SAC are not displayed in the "Configure Single Sign-On for SAC" settings, and instead of an Identity Provider (IdP) system, a BTP system is shown in the "Configure Identity Provider" settings.
