3623902 - Swagger UI Error: Valid Version Field Required for Telco TMF APIs in Telco Accelerator

Symptom

After install SAP Commerce Cloud along with Telco and Utilities Accelerator OOTB, when opening https://{{host}}:{{port}}/b2ctelcotmfwebservices/v3/swagger-ui/index.html in browser, the following error message is displayed:

"Please indicate a valid Swagger or OpenAPI version field. Supported version fields are swagger: "2.0" and those that match openapi: 3.x.y (for example, openapi: 3.1.0)."
