Symptom
In the DC 23 there is a new Government Regulation by which Public and Private customers should not share the same DataCenter.
With this there are two new DC, one for the target Public and one for Private customers, hence, there will be two migrations.
For the first migration, which is for Public, the target will have all new URLs for Bizx and all the integrations(API, SFTP, WFA, Birt) targeting the DC 82 with the new endpoints.
The second, will maintain the endpoints of DC 23, so there should be no impact in integrations and applications.
Impact:
All the incoming mails for the customer and the outlook plugin for the public customers need to be changed from DC23 domain to DC82.
Ask for feedback email request sent before this infrastructure change will not be working and can't be responded successfully by the email recipient after the infrastructure change.

Resolution
- We should be able to flag those ask for feedback email request that are sent before the DC migration and haven't ever been responded by email recipients.
- Post DC migration, we should automatically resend the ask for feedback emails flagged in #1 with working address pointing to the new DC through a script
The Resend should be based on the following conditions:
- The requested 'ask for feedback' emails should be for In-progress forms and form's due-date is not yet reached
AND - The requested 'ask for feedback' doesn't have response when the script is executed by Ops team after DC migration happened
AND - Only 'ask for feedback' request created before DC migration start timestamp will be queried.
