3624022 - The "For non-residents only - Country of permanent residence" field is blank in CAN compliance PDF forms - Onboarding

The "For non-residents only - Country of permanent residence" field is blank in CAN compliance PDF forms.

1. Candidate filled the "For non-residents only - Country of permanent residence" field in TD1ON form.
2. The "For non-residents only - Country of permanent residence" field does not map to its value in the PDF form when the candidate goes to sign the form.

en_US is not enabled in provisioning.

Please note the Canada forms are developed specifically for en_US and fr_CA locales as per the legal requirement.
These locales should always be enabled and the values should be maintained for these locales in order to get the values in the fields.

1. Enable en_US locale from provisioning.
2. Go to Picklist Center, search ComplianceCountry picklist and choose the Country/Region.
3. Click on label translation icon, maintain the value for US English (en_US) locale, save the translation.
4. Test a new candidate or restart onboarding.
