3624030 - IlxTrainingOverdue notification being triggered automatically for the users

The IlxTrainingOverdue notification is being triggered for multiple users automatically.

As per the Engineering team, afix was applied to Send Reminder email background job in the production environments via a patch (2505p9) on 19th June, 2025. As a result, previously failed emails that were supposed to be sent by the manager in the past will now be processed and delivered. 

Additionally, the code for this patch will also be deployed with the 2511 preview and production releases. The same one-time occurrence of unsent emails being sent will occur for the customers.

Following a recent system patch, emails that were previously triggered by managers but not delivered due to a job failure will now be sent. These emails are valid and pertain to currently overdue trainings. Please be assured that these are not duplicate emails, but ones that were initially missed due to the job failure. This is a one-time occurrence and will not recur. No action further action is required.
