3624042 - You don't have write access to the folder where the value accelerator is to be installed

When installing a value accelerator you get following error message: "You don't have write access to the folder where the value accelerator is to be installed" even if your user is the account owner and is included in the Administrator user group, and has WRITE access on the Shared Documents folder.
