3624077 - Tags are not visible in Growth portfolio

• Competency and Skills which are mapped with Tags are not visible in Growth Portfolio.
• For some skill/competency we could see the Tags showing up , but not for all

1. Go to Growth portfolio page

2. We can see competencies and skills without tags

3. Only for some competencies we could see Tags showing up next to "Competency" name as below:

Only pre defined Tags "Core" and "Critical" shows up in Growth portfolio. Rest of the tags will not show up even they are linked to Competencies and skills.
