3624097 - Half-Day Time Off In Lieu Replication Issue

The Absence Type TOIL is configured with fixed 8 hours TOIL as Full Day Absence and fixed 4 hours TOIL as Half-Day Absence.

8-hours TOIL and 4-hours TOIL are deducted as fixed 8 hours and 4 hours from the Balance.

During Workforce Availability (WFA), 8-hours TOIL replicates full-day absence to S4 as per employee's work schedule.

In case of 4-hours TOIL, it replicates fixed 4 hours to S4 instead of half-day absence hours as per employee's Work Schedule (e.g., 3.5 hours in case of 7 hours working day, 4 hours in case of 8 hours working day, 4.5 hours in case of 9 hours working day).
