An existing onChange business rule is successfully setting a specific field as required. However, when any Pay Component data is changed, this field reverts back to being non-required.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Open an user Employee Profile
- Select Actions > Change Job and Compensation Info
- What would you like to change? Select Compensation Information

- Notice that Field B field becomes mandatory
- Proceed to update the amount for pay component
- Notice that Field B is no longer mandatory
Cause
Resolution
This is a known gap in the system, and it is planned to be resolved with the Second Half 2025 (2H2025) release.
