3624153 - GACE - Managers can view courses assigned to the temporary employees' other employments

• Managers can see the courses on the learning plan of temporary employees' other employments.
• This issue is linked to the new homepage.
• When managers activate the new homepage, they can view the courses listed in the learning plan of other employments.

1. Navigate on the learning plan.
2. Click on the button: Switch Employment.
3. Observe that it redirects to the employee's homepage rather than the LMS.
4. Managers can see the courses listed in the learning plan of other employments when the new homepage is activated.

• LMS is currently moving to Person Based Model, and all assignments are going to be at a person-level and not at employment-level.
• This is a common scenario for Manager for Employment N and Employment N+1 to see all assignments of the Employee.

1. If this is a parallel employment scenario where both employments need to be active, there is no workaround for hiding the N+1 employment's assignments.
2. If this is a sequential employment scenario, inactivating the N+1 employment will help address this issue.
3. It is recommended to create an enhancement request to alert Product Management about uncovered scenarios in certain functionalities. Refer to: SAP Note 2090228 for more details on how to submit product enhancements.
