Termination data is being sent to next day in the alert when employment details is edited.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Terminate user on  a giving effective date (i.e. June 23rd);
2. Approve workflow and receive notification with the termination date (effective date of the record);
3. 
4. Edit employment details changing a any field;
5. A workflow is triggered;
6. Approve workflow;
7. Notification send with effective date as the next day (from our example, June 24th).
8. 

This is working as per system design because the termination is effective on the day after the Termination Date record. 

The way effective dates work in employee central is on a "From that date forward basis". If you make a data entry effective as of the 06/23/2025, then that data will be the VALID/EFFECTIVE entry from that date forward until a new entry is made. The change made in Employment Details in the example above means that the effective date if from that date forward (which means the next day).
