Encounter the following error when creating a production order with reference to a sales order: "Account assignment cannot be carried out because of different origin no (Message no. V1134)"

1. Create a production order with reference to a sales order.
2. Observe the error message: "Account assignment cannot be carried out because of different origin no (Message no. V1134)".

This is usually in relation to the requirements type used in the sales quotation. If the sales quotation has already created real requirements, then this sales quotation will always be used as the object for account assignment, which leads to the error message V1134:

• In the sales quotation, here are requirements types that does not create requirements: e.g., S46 (MTO w/o requirements) or 041 (usual material);
• In the sales order, here are requirements types that creates requirements: e.g., KSV, or S40.

In a chain of sales documents, the first sales document for which a requirement type relevant for account assignment is determined, is the so-called "originating sales document". It is the reference document for all the further accountings in the whole document chain.

When a production order is created with reference to another sales document than the "originating" one, the CO object for the system is still the originating sales document. That's why the material movement later expects the sales quotation item instead of the sales order item.

To avoid the error message V1134 from appearing again in the future, make sure that the sales quotation item finds a requirement type which does not generate requirements, based on all the above explanations.
