3624173 - Links to models in "Process Model Metrics" report redirect to Collaboration Hub homepage instead of specific models

Symptom

  • Links on the "Process Model Metrics" report are not working, they direct straight to the Collaboration Hub home page.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Export the "Process Model Metrics" report.
  2. Click any link in columns T or U of the report.
  3. Observe that the link redirects to the homepage instead of the specific model.

Cause

Links do not work when Excel is in "Protected View".

Resolution

  1. Ensure that the Excel file is not in "Protected View".
  2. Verify that the user is logged into the correct workspace when checking the links.
