Symptom

  • After deploying the upgrade commerce cloud from version 2211.32 to 2211.37, system users reported that the login screen does not appear.
  • The issue occurs on tablet devices and iPads(with iOS version 15.3.1, While iOS upgraded to version updated to 18.5 login screen can be accessed), while PCs and mobile phones connected to the same network work without any problems.
