3624212 - SLIN does not detect nothing during the check against programs under third party namespace

When performing an ABAP program extension check, warnings that are expected to be detected are not identified in one of the systems in your landscape. The issue occurs specifically when performing the ABAP program check SLIN against programs under third party namespace, such as  /JRI/XXX.
