3624270 - Time Collectors aren't allowed in the time recording profile if a flexible approval period is selected

In the flexible approval period time sheet UI, the following error message is displayed:
"Time collectors aren't allowed in the time recording profile if a flexible approval period is selected. The time collector group XXX is used in the following time recording profile: XXX. See the following time valuations: XXX. "

1. In the Time Recording Profile, set the Time Recording Approval Period field "Length" as flexible approval period. 
2. Add time valuations which uses Time Collector to the Time Recording Profile.
3. Attempt to open an employee's time sheet and see the error message: "Time collectors aren't allowed in the time recording profile if a flexible approval period is selected. The time collector group XXX is used in the following time recording profile:"

This is expected system behavior. 

Time collectors can only be configured in a Time Recording Profile with the Time Recording Approval Period length as "Legacy Week".

If you set the length of the approval period to any value other than Legacy Week, you set up a flexible approval period.
To store time data for a flexible period, set up a time container for this period as per the Help Documentation: Setting Up Time Containers for Flexible Periods.
Time containers allow different period lengths, including a period of 1 – 12 months or a period of 1, 2, or 4 weeks.
