3624346 - When trying to add a blended item to a scheduled program, classes are not found

When an admin tries to add an Instructor-Led with Online Content item to a scheduled program, they can't find or search for the existing classes linked to that item.

• Log in as an LMS Admin
• Navigate to Learning activities > Programs > Search for an active scheduled Program
• Open the program record and try to add a section to the program
• Add one Blended item 
• Try to search for existing classes
• No results are shown

There's a date mismatch between the scheduled program and its linked classes. The classes' start dates are outside the program's defined start and end dates.

To link classes successfully to a scheduled program, make sure the class's start and end dates/times fall completely within the program's overall start and end dates/times.

Think of the program as a larger container with a specific timeline. Any classes you want to include in that program must fit neatly inside its designated schedule. If a class starts before the program begins, or ends after the program concludes, the system won't allow it to be linked and it will not show up in the search screen.
