3624403 - The error message 'error when not all loaded requests were activated' flag is only switched manually for new ADSO activation variant

Symptom

Process chain variant 'Activate Requests in DataStore Object (advanced)' is green but ends with message:
"Not all requests for DataStore <DSO_name> has been activated".
And the waning/error: "warning when not all loaded requests were activated"
Which was introduced in the manual steps from both notes (2637929 and 2748894) and mentioned in KBA 3439088 .
