3624427 - Scheduled Reports on Email are shown in the wrong language.

Symptom

After scheduling a Report to run via Email, some recipients are receiving the Reports on the wrong language.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

Report is currently on Spanish, however the user is receiving the Report on English.

Cause

Checking the affected user on the User Maintenance menu, the user has the language set to English.

  1. Go to the User Maintenance.
  2. Search for the affected user.
  3. Click on Edit User.
  4. Check the Language set to the User.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior. If the language to the user is set to English on the User Maintenance, even if the Report is on Spanish, the user will receive it in English.
