3624495 - ALV: When opening the Choose Layout, the Set Filter and Sorting functions are not present.

Symptom

When opening the option 'Choose Layout' of an ALV, and opening the context menu (right-click) for the column header, only 'Find...' button is available. The 'Set Filter' and sorting functions are not available.
