The scheduled publication is failing for the stories when the toggle is enabled for the 'Notice and Consent dialog' in SAC. 

1. Login to SAC
2. Open the story
3. Schedule the publication for the story.
4. Open the Calendar.

Notice: The schedule publication is failed after some time.

The Notice and Consent dialog has been enabled, which requires external input in order to proceed and is breaking the scheduled publication feature.

Disabling the Notice and Consent dialog box will allow all scheduled publications to function properly.

1. Login to SAC
2. Navigate to System > Administration
3. Select the Notification tab
4. Disable 'Notice and consent dialog' box.
