3624563 - Unable to display document in CVD1 - DV105 - The original document with generic key XXX could not be found

Symptom

When trying to display documents (reports or coversheets) in a Report Shipping Order in CVD1, specific users get the error DV105:

"The original document with generic key XXX could not be found" error in CVD1 t-code only for 1 user."

Where XXX is the document type, for example, SBRWWI00000000000000000000100000, for Raw Reports.
